• You place your order here.
• You send us one of your house keys and our licensed locksmith will pin the padlock(s) to match the key. Please send us a new key, if possible, for the best match.
• We will return the house key with the padlock(s).
• For your security (unless you tell us otherwise), the lock(s) and keys will be returned using FedEx "Direct Signature Required" services which require that someone at the shipping address sign for the package. This is included in the cost.
