Occasionally, we get emails wanting to know why we don't post a phone number on our website. Well, the reason is that we often have long periods where we are not able to answer the phone and our experience has shown that we get yelled at less for not listing a phone number than we do for listing the number, then not answering.

We really are humans and if you really want to talk to us, send us an email with your number and we will call you as soon as we have a chance or email you back with our number and a "best bet" time you can reach us.

We are a small business and really want to add you to our growing list of satisfied customers. We're not hiding, and maybe someday we can afford a full-time telephone answerer.
